ACEH staff provide outreach services to scattered site encampments every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

This will be an opportunity for people experiencing homelessness to connect with resources and support.
Our dedicated team and community partners will provide essentials such as Coordinated Entry - housing needs assessment, snacks, basic first aid, supplies, general assistance, etc. (while supplies last).
